American Smoked Mangoes Roasted Vegetables

Ingredients:
– 16 oz beef sirloin
– 8 oz pork belly, sliced
– 6 oz chicken thighs
– 4 oz lamb chops
– 2 oz duck breast
– 1 oz beef tallow
– 1 tsp black pepper
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp onion powder

Directions:
1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
2. Season all the meats with black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
3. Place the meats in the smoker and smoke for 2 hours, adding the mangoes in the last 30 minutes.
4. Remove from the smoker, and sear the meats in a hot skillet with beef tallow for a crispy finish.
5. Serve the smoked meats with the roasted mangoes for a carnivore feast!
