Balsamic Glazed Spring Vegetable Flatbread
Celebrate the vibrant flavors of spring with this delightful flatbread topped with balsamic glazed seasonal vegetables!

Ingredients:
– 1 pre-made flatbread crust
– 1 cup asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
– 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
– 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
– 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
– 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a bowl, toss the asparagus, cherry tomatoes, and red onion with olive oil, salt, and pepper until coated.
3. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet and sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the crust.
4. Arrange the seasoned vegetables on top of the cheese.
5. Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the vegetables.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is crispy and the cheese is melted.
7. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
