Beef Tongue Tacos
Indulge in the tender, melt-in-your-mouth goodness of beef tongue wrapped in warm tortillas for a satisfying carnivore twist on traditional tacos!

Ingredients:
– 16 oz beef tongue
– 1 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp black pepper
– 1/2 tsp garlic powder
– 1/2 tsp onion powder
– 1/4 cup beef tallow
– 8 small carnivore-friendly tortillas

Directions:
1. Place beef tongue in a pot, cover with water, and boil for 3 hours until tender.
2. Remove the skin from the beef tongue and slice thinly.
3. Season the sliced beef tongue with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
4. Heat beef tallow in a skillet over medium-high heat.
5. Sear the seasoned beef tongue slices for 2-3 minutes on each side until crispy.
6. Warm the tortillas in the skillet for 30 seconds on each side.
7. Fill each tortilla with seared beef tongue slices.
8. Serve hot and enjoy the carnivore taco goodness!
