Ingredients:
– 8 corn tostadas
– 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
– 1 cup corn kernels
– 1 avocado, peeled and pitted
– 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
– 1 lime, juiced
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1/2 tsp cumin
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
– Optional toppings: diced tomatoes, sliced jalapeños, shredded lettuce

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Place corn tostadas on a baking sheet and warm in the oven for 5-7 minutes.
