Blackberry Lavender Popsicles
Cool down with these refreshing and elegant Blackberry Lavender Popsicles, a delightful treat perfect for a sunny day!

Ingredients:
– 2 cups fresh blackberries
– 1/4 cup honey
– 1 cup water
– 1 tbsp dried culinary lavender
– 1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:
1. In a saucepan, combine blackberries, honey, water, and dried lavender. Bring to a gentle boil, then simmer for 10 minutes.
2. Remove from heat and let it cool for 15 minutes. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve, pressing on the solids to extract all the liquid.
3. Stir in lemon juice and allow the mixture to cool completely.
4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and insert sticks. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
5. To release the popsicles, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds.
