Blackberry Sage Iced Tea
Refresh your senses with the sweet tang of blackberries and the earthy aroma of sage in this delightful iced tea.

Ingredients:
8 oz blackberries
6 sage leaves
4 cups water
1/2 cup honey
Ice cubes
Fresh blackberries and sage leaves for garnish

Directions:
1. In a saucepan, combine blackberries, sage leaves, water, and honey. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
2. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool to room temperature. Strain the liquid to remove solids.
3. Chill the blackberry sage syrup in the refrigerator.
4. To serve, fill glasses with ice cubes, pour the syrup over the ice, and top up with cold water. Stir well.
5. Garnish each glass with fresh blackberries and a sage leaf.
