Bourbon & Brown Sugar Glazed Ham

Ingredients:
– 1 spiral-sliced smoked ham (6-8 lbs)
– 1 cup brown sugar
– 1/2 cup honey
– 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
– 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
– 1 tsp ground cloves
– 1 tsp ground cinnamon
– 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
– 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) and place the ham in a roasting pan.
2. In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, honey, mustard, vinegar, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cayenne. Cook over medium heat until the mixture thickens, about 10 minutes.
3. Brush the glaze generously over the ham, making sure to get into the slices.
4. Cover the ham with foil and bake for 1 hour, basting with the pan juices every 15 minutes.
5. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes, basting occasionally, until the ham is caramelized.
6. Let the ham rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving with the pan juices.
