Brown Butter Banana Bread
Indulge in the rich, nutty flavor of brown butter combined with the sweetness of ripe bananas in this moist and irresistible banana bread!

Ingredients:
– 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter
– 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
– 2 large eggs
– 3 ripe bananas, mashed
– 1/3 cup (80ml) sour cream
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1 1/2 cups (180g) all-purpose flour
– 1 tsp baking soda
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/2 cup (60g) chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Continue cooking until it turns a deep golden brown, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the brown butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. Stir in mashed bananas, sour cream, and vanilla extract until well combined.
5. Add flour, baking soda, and salt, mixing until just combined. Fold in chopped walnuts, if using.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
8. Allow the banana bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
