– 1 1/2 cups (180g) all-purpose flour
– 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
– 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
– 1/2 tsp baking powder
– 1/2 tsp baking soda
– 1/4 tsp salt
– 1/2 cup (120ml) vegetable oil
– 2 large eggs
– 1/2 cup (120ml) sour cream
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1 1/2 cups (180g) chopped rhubarb

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×9-inch square baking pan.
2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cardamom, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3. In a separate bowl, mix oil, eggs, sour cream, and vanilla until well combined.
