Ingredients:
– 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 1 onion, diced
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 (4 oz) cans diced green chilies
– 1 tsp ground cumin
– 1 tsp dried oregano
– 1/2 tsp chili powder
– 4 cups chicken broth
– 2 (15 oz) cans white beans, drained and rinsed
– 1 cup frozen corn
– Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
1. Heat olive oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
