Chermoula-Marinated Grilled Lamb
Fire up the grill for a flavor-packed twist on classic lamb with a zesty chermoula marinade that will elevate your barbecue game!
Ingredients:
– 2 lbs lamb chops
– 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
– 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tsp ground cumin
– 1 tsp paprika
– 1/2 tsp ground coriander
– 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
– 2 tbsp lemon juice
– 1/4 cup olive oil
– Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine cilantro, parsley, garlic, cumin, paprika, coriander, cayenne, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create the chermoula marinade.
2. Place lamb chops in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
4. Remove lamb chops from the marinade and grill for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
