Cherry Chocolate Tart
Indulge in the perfect blend of sweet cherries and rich chocolate with this decadent tart that will satisfy your dessert cravings!

Ingredients:
– 1 9-inch pre-made pie crust
– 1 cup dark chocolate chips
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 2 cups pitted cherries
– 2 tbsp sugar
– 1 tbsp cornstarch

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the pie crust in a tart pan and bake for 10 minutes until lightly golden.
2. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until just simmering. Remove from heat and stir in the chocolate chips until smooth. Mix in vanilla extract.
3. In a separate bowl, toss the cherries with sugar and cornstarch until evenly coated.
4. Pour the chocolate ganache into the pre-baked crust. Arrange the cherry mixture on top.
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cherries are bubbling and the chocolate is set.
6. Allow the tart to cool before slicing and serving.
