Cherry Mint Lemonade
Beat the heat with this refreshing twist on classic lemonade, bursting with the flavors of sweet cherries and fresh mint!
Ingredients:
– 1 cup fresh cherries, pitted
– 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
– 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
– 1/2 cup honey
– 4 cups cold water
– Ice cubes
Directions:
1. In a blender, combine pitted cherries, mint leaves, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
2. Strain the cherry-mint mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove any pulp.
3. Stir in honey until fully dissolved.
4. Add cold water to the pitcher and mix well.
5. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the cherry mint lemonade over the ice.
6. Garnish with extra cherries and mint leaves. Serve chilled and enjoy!
