Chipotle Lime Chicken
Spice up your dinner routine with this flavorful Chipotle Lime Chicken that packs a punch of smoky heat and zesty lime!

Ingredients:
– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, minced
– 2 tbsp adobo sauce
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– Zest and juice of 2 limes
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 1/2 tsp cumin
– Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine minced chipotle peppers, adobo sauce, garlic, lime zest, lime juice, olive oil, cumin, salt, and pepper.
2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag or dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure the chicken is coated evenly. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
3. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade and discard excess marinade.
4. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through and grill marks appear.
