Copycat Chili’s White Chicken Chili
Warm up with a bowl of this hearty and flavorful white chicken chili that tastes just like the one from Chili’s!

Ingredients:
– 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked and shredded
– 2 cans (15 oz each) white beans, drained and rinsed
– 1 can (4.5 oz) chopped green chilies
– 1 medium onion, diced
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 4 cups chicken broth
– 1 tsp cumin
– 1 tsp dried oregano
– 1/2 tsp chili powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1/2 cup sour cream
– 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
– Shredded Monterey Jack cheese, for topping

Directions:
1. In a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic until softened.
2. Add the shredded chicken, white beans, green chilies, chicken broth, cumin, oregano, chili powder, salt, and pepper to the pot. Bring to a simmer.
3. Let the chili simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Stir in the sour cream and fresh cilantro. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
5. Serve hot, topped with shredded Monterey Jack cheese and additional cilantro, if desired.
