Crawfish Boil with New Potatoes and Corn
Celebrate the flavors of the bayou with this classic crawfish boil featuring tender new potatoes and sweet corn on the cob!

Ingredients:
– 3 lbs live crawfish
– 1 lb new potatoes
– 4 ears of corn, husked and halved
– 1 lemon, halved
– 1 onion, quartered
– 4 cloves garlic, smashed
– 1/4 cup Old Bay seasoning
– 1/4 cup Cajun seasoning
– 1 gallon water
– Hot sauce, for serving

Directions:
1. In a large pot, bring the water to a boil. Add the Old Bay seasoning, Cajun seasoning, lemon, onion, and garlic.
2. Let the seasoned water simmer for 10 minutes to build flavor.
3. Add the potatoes and corn to the pot and cook for 10 minutes.
4. Add the live crawfish and boil for another 5 minutes until they turn bright red.
5. Turn off the heat and let everything soak in the flavorful broth for an additional 15 minutes.
6. Drain the pot and spread the boil out on a newspaper-covered table.
7. Serve with hot sauce on the side for an extra kick.
