Dump-and-Go White Chicken Chili
Warm up with this effortless and flavorful white chicken chili – just dump the ingredients in and let the slow cooker do the work!
Ingredients:
– 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
– 2 (15 oz) cans white beans, drained and rinsed
– 1 (4 oz) can diced green chilies
– 1 small onion, diced
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 4 cups chicken broth
– 1 tsp cumin
– 1 tsp dried oregano
– 1/2 tsp chili powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1/2 cup sour cream (optional, for garnish)
– Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Directions:
1. In a slow cooker, add chicken, white beans, green chilies, onion, garlic, chicken broth, cumin, oregano, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
2. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until chicken is cooked through and flavors are blended.
3. Serve hot, garnished with a dollop of sour cream, fresh cilantro, and additional seasonings if desired.
