Easy Pineapple Chicken and Rice

Ingredients:
– 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, diced
– 1 cup white rice
– 1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks, drained
– 1 red bell pepper, diced
– 1/4 cup soy sauce

Directions:
