– 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked and shredded
– 1 can (15 oz) white beans, drained and rinsed
– 1 can (4 oz) diced green chilies
– 1 cup frozen corn
– 1 onion, diced
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 4 cups chicken broth
– 1 tsp ground cumin
– 1 tsp chili powder
– 1/2 tsp paprika
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Juice of 1 lime
– Fresh cilantro, for garnish
– Sour cream, for serving

Directions:
1. In a large pot, sauté diced onion and minced garlic until fragrant.
2. Add shredded chicken, white beans, diced green chilies, and frozen corn to the pot.
3. Pour in chicken broth and stir in ground cumin, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
4. Bring the chili to a simmer and let it cook for 20-25 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
5. Squeeze in the lime juice and adjust seasoning if needed.
6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro and a dollop of sour cream.
