Ingredients:
– 1 lb asparagus, trimmed
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1/2 tsp paprika
– 1/2 tsp cumin
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp black pepper
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
– 1/4 cup sliced black olives
– 1/4 cup chopped green onions
– 1/4 cup sour cream
– 1/4 cup salsa

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, toss asparagus with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
3. Arrange seasoned asparagus on the baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 10-12 minutes until tender.
4. Remove from the oven and sprinkle cheddar cheese over the asparagus. Return to the oven for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted.
