Foodie White Chicken Chili

Ingredients:
– 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 1 onion, diced
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 can (15 oz) white beans, drained and rinsed
– 1 can (4 oz) diced green chilies
– 4 cups chicken broth
– 1 tsp cumin
– 1/2 tsp oregano
– 1/2 tsp chili powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1/2 cup sour cream
– 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Directions:
1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned.
2. Add onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
3. Stir in white beans, green chilies, chicken broth, cumin, oregano, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
