Fresh Herb and Lemon Roasted Prawns
Indulge in the zesty flavors of fresh herbs and lemon combined with succulent roasted prawns for a light and refreshing seafood dish.

Ingredients:
– 1 lb large prawns, peeled and deveined
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– Zest of 1 lemon
– 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
– 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
– Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper.
3. Add the prawns to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the herb mixture.
4. Spread the prawns in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
5. Roast in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until the prawns are pink and cooked through.
6. Serve the fresh herb and lemon roasted prawns hot with additional lemon wedges for squeezing.
