Garlic-Herb Marinated Grilled Swordfish with Lemon
Transform your grilling game with this zesty and flavorful swordfish marinated in garlic, herbs, and lemon!

Ingredients:
– 4 swordfish steaks (6 oz each)
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
– 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
– 1/4 cup olive oil
– Zest and juice of 1 lemon
– Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix minced garlic, parsley, rosemary, olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
2. Place swordfish steaks in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure each steak is coated evenly. Marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Oil the grates lightly to prevent sticking.
4. Grill the swordfish steaks for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
5. Remove from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving. Squeeze extra lemon juice on top if desired.
