Garlic-Rosemary Roasted Rack of Lamb

Ingredients:
– 2 racks of lamb, 16 oz each
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
– 2 tbsp olive oil

Directions:
