Glazed Mangoes Muffins
Prepare to be whisked away to a tropical paradise with these delectable glazed mango muffins that are bursting with sweet, juicy flavor!

Ingredients:
– 2 cups all-purpose flour
– 1/2 cup granulated sugar
– 2 tsp baking powder
– 1/2 tsp baking soda
– 1/4 tsp salt
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
– 1 cup mango puree
– 2 large eggs
– 1/2 cup milk
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the glaze:
– 1 cup powdered sugar
– 2-3 tbsp mango juice

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
2. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3. In another bowl, mix melted butter, mango puree, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
4. Gently fold wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
5. Spoon the batter into the muffin cups and bake for 18-20 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
6. Let the muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
For the glaze:
7. Whisk together powdered sugar and mango juice until smooth.
8. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled muffins.
