Grilled Lamb Skewers with Tzatziki Sauce

Ingredients:
– 1 lb lamb, cubed
– 1/4 cup olive oil
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tsp dried oregano
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 cup Greek yogurt
– 1/2 cucumber, grated and excess water squeezed out
– 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
– 1 tbsp lemon juice
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine cubed lamb, olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
2. Thread marinated lamb onto skewers. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
3. Grill skewers for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until desired doneness.
4. For the tzatziki sauce, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
