Grilled Lamb T-Bones

– 2 lamb T-bone steaks (about 12 oz each)
– 2 tbsp beef tallow
– 2 cloves garlic, smashed
– 2 sprigs fresh thyme

Directions:
1. Preheat the grill to high heat.
2. Season lamb T-bones with salt and pepper on both sides.
