Grilled Salmon with Mango-Avocado Salsa
A tropical twist on grilled salmon that will transport your taste buds to an island getaway with every bite!
Ingredients:
– 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
– 1 ripe mango, diced
– 1 avocado, diced
– 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
– 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
– 1 jalapeño, seeded and diced
– Juice of 2 limes
– Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and oil the grates to prevent sticking.
2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then grill for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through.
3. In a bowl, combine mango, avocado, red onion, cilantro, jalapeño, lime juice, salt, and pepper to make the salsa.
