Grilled Shrimp Caesar Wraps
These Grilled Shrimp Caesar Wraps are a fresh and flavorful twist on a classic salad, perfect for a light and satisfying meal.
Ingredients:
– 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 4 large whole wheat or spinach tortillas
– 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
– 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, salt, and pepper until well coated.
3. Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through. Remove from heat.
4. Warm tortillas on the grill for 20-30 seconds per side.
