– 4 swordfish steaks (6 oz each)
– 1/4 cup olive oil
– 2 tbsp lemon juice
– 2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions:
1. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
2. Place swordfish steaks in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let marinate for 30 minutes.
