Guinness Chocolate Cake

– 1 cup all-purpose flour
– 1 cup granulated sugar
– 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
– 1 tsp baking soda
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/2 cup plain yogurt
– 1/2 cup milk
– 1/4 cup vegetable oil
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1/2 cup brewed coffee, cooled
– 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
3. In a separate bowl, mix yogurt, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.
4. Gradually add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
5. Stir in brewed coffee until the batter is smooth.
6. Fold in dark chocolate chips.
7. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
9. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
