Hobak Namul (Seasoned Zucchini)
Experience the vibrant flavors of Korean cuisine with this light and refreshing dish that showcases the natural goodness of zucchini!

Ingredients:
– 2 medium zucchinis, julienned
– 2 tbsp soy sauce
– 1 tbsp sesame oil
– 1 tbsp rice vinegar
– 1 tsp sugar
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 green onion, thinly sliced
– 1 tsp sesame seeds
– 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (gochugaru)
– Salt, to taste
– 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, sugar, garlic, green onion, sesame seeds, red pepper flakes, and salt.
2. Add the julienned zucchinis to the bowl and toss well to coat. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
4. Add the marinated zucchinis and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until just tender.
5. Remove from heat and garnish with extra sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
