Honey Garlic Butter Shrimp
Sweet honey, pungent garlic, and rich butter come together to create a tantalizing flavor explosion in this succulent shrimp dish.
Ingredients:
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 tbsp honey
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine shrimp with honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly and marinate for 15 minutes.
2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add the marinated shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
3. Pour any remaining marinade into the skillet and cook for an additional minute, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
4. Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving hot.
