Honey Garlic Glazed Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:
1 lb pork tenderloin
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger, grated
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, black pepper, and salt.
3. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Sear the pork tenderloin on all sides until browned, about 2 minutes per side.
5. Brush the honey garlic mixture over the pork, coating it evenly.
6. Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
7. Rest the pork for 5 minutes before slicing and serving with extra glaze.
