Jerk Shrimp Skewers
These spicy and flavorful jerk shrimp skewers will transport your taste buds to the islands with each delicious bite!
Ingredients:
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp jerk seasoning
2 tbsp olive oil
1 lime, juiced
1/2 tsp salt
Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine shrimp, jerk seasoning, olive oil, lime juice, and salt. Toss well to coat the shrimp evenly. Marinate for 30 minutes.
2. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
3. Thread marinated shrimp onto soaked skewers.
4. Grill shrimp skewers for 2-3 minutes per side, or until shrimp are pink and opaque.
5. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh cilantro.
6. Serve hot and enjoy the spicy Caribbean flavors!
