Keto Brazilian Steak with Chimichurri
Transport your taste buds to Brazil with this keto-friendly twist on a classic steak dish, topped with vibrant and zesty chimichurri sauce!

Ingredients:
– 16 oz grass-fed beef steak (such as sirloin or ribeye)
– 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
– 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
– 1/4 cup olive oil
– 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:
1. Season the steak with salt and pepper on both sides.
2. Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
3. Grill the steak to your desired doneness, about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
4. While the steak is cooking, prepare the chimichurri sauce by mixing parsley, cilantro, garlic, red wine vinegar, olive oil, red pepper flakes, and lemon juice in a bowl.
5. Once the steak is done, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
6. Serve the sliced steak topped with the chimichurri sauce.
