Keto Taco Tuesday Prep Bowls
Celebrate Taco Tuesday the ancestral way with these wholesome, natural flavors in a keto-friendly bowl!

Ingredients:
– 1 lb grass-fed ground beef
– 1 tbsp avocado oil
– 1 tsp chili powder
– 1 tsp cumin
– 1/2 tsp paprika
– 1/2 tsp garlic powder
– 1/2 tsp onion powder
– 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 cup cauliflower rice
– 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
– 1/4 cup diced red onions
– 1/4 cup sliced black olives
– 1/4 cup fresh salsa
– 1/4 cup guacamole
– Fresh cilantro for garnish

Directions:
1. In a skillet, heat avocado oil over medium heat and brown the ground beef.
2. Add chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
3. In another skillet, sauté cauliflower rice with bell peppers and red onions until tender.
4. Assemble the bowls with cauliflower rice, seasoned beef, black olives, salsa, guacamole, and garnish with fresh cilantro.
5. Enjoy the keto taco flavors in a nutritious bowl!
