Ingredients:
– 14 oz rice flour
– 14 oz sugar
– 20 oz coconut milk
– 7 oz water
– 1/2 tsp salt
– Pandan essence (for coloring and flavoring)
– Tapioca starch (for dusting)

Directions:
1. Mix rice flour, sugar, coconut milk, water, and salt in a bowl until smooth.
2. Divide the mixture in half. Add pandan essence to one half for coloring.
3. Grease a square cake pan and dust with tapioca starch.
4. Steam the first layer (without pandan) for 10-15 minutes until set.
5. Pour a thin layer of the green mixture on top and steam for 10-15 minutes.
6. Continue alternating colors until all mixtures are used, steaming each layer.
7. Let the cake cool, then refrigerate for a few hours before slicing into squares.
