Oliang (Thai Iced Black Coffee)
Indulge in the bold and aromatic flavors of Thailand with this refreshing and energizing Thai iced black coffee, perfect for a tropical morning pick-me-up!

Ingredients:
– 3 oz coarsely ground dark roast coffee
– 24 oz water
– 3 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
– Ice cubes

Directions:
1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil.
2. Add the ground coffee to the boiling water and remove from heat. Stir gently to ensure all the grounds are wet.
3. Let the coffee steep for about 5 minutes.
4. Strain the coffee through a fine-mesh sieve or a coffee filter to remove the grounds.
5. Allow the coffee to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until cold.
6. Fill a glass with ice cubes.
7. Pour the chilled coffee over the ice, leaving room at the top of the glass.
8. Drizzle sweetened condensed milk over the top of the coffee.
9. Stir well before enjoying your Thai iced black coffee!
