Ingredients:
– 4 venison tenderloin steaks (6 oz each)
– Salt and black pepper

– 2 tbsp honey
– 1/2 cup beef broth

3. In the same skillet, add blackberries, balsamic vinegar, honey, and beef broth. Simmer for 5-7 minutes, mashing the blackberries with a fork to release their juices.
4. Strain the sauce through a fine mesh sieve, pressing to extract all the liquid. Return sauce to the skillet and simmer until thickened.
