Peach Iced Tea
Beat the heat with this refreshing Peach Iced Tea that’s bursting with sweet peach flavors!
Ingredients:
4 cups water
4 black tea bags
3 ripe peaches, sliced
1/2 cup sugar
Ice cubes
Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Directions:
1. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Remove from heat and add the tea bags. Let steep for 5 minutes.
2. Discard tea bags and stir in sugar until dissolved. Allow the tea to cool to room temperature.
3. In a blender, puree the sliced peaches until smooth.
4. Strain the peach puree through a fine-mesh sieve to remove any solids.
5. In a pitcher, combine the cooled tea and peach puree. Stir well to mix.
6. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the peach iced tea over the ice.
7. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and additional peach slices.
