Peach Melba Parfait
Indulge in layers of sweet peaches, tangy raspberry sauce, creamy yogurt, and crunchy granola in this delightful Peach Melba Parfait!
Ingredients:
– 2 ripe peaches, peeled and diced
– 1 cup raspberry sauce
– 2 cups Greek yogurt
– 1 cup granola
Directions:
1. In serving glasses, layer diced peaches at the bottom.
2. Spoon a layer of raspberry sauce over the peaches.
3. Add a layer of Greek yogurt on top of the raspberry sauce.
4. Sprinkle a generous amount of granola over the yogurt layer.
5. Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, ending with a dollop of Greek yogurt on top.
6. Drizzle a little raspberry sauce over the final yogurt layer for garnish.
