Baked Salmon with Lemon-Dill Sauce and Asparagus


Ingredients

For the Salmon:

  • 4 (6 oz) salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh dill sprigs

For the Sauce:

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet.
  2. Pat salmon dry and brush with oil. (Jack’s job!)
  3. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Arrange lemon slices. (Aliana loves making patterns!)
  5. Bake 12-15 minutes until flaky.
  6. Mix sauce ingredients while salmon cooks.
  7. Rest 5 minutes before serving.
