For the Salmon:
- 4 (6 oz) salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill sprigs
For the Sauce:
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet.
- Pat salmon dry and brush with oil. (Jack’s job!)
- Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange lemon slices. (Aliana loves making patterns!)
- Bake 12-15 minutes until flaky.
- Mix sauce ingredients while salmon cooks.
- Rest 5 minutes before serving.
