Ingredients:
– 1 pre-made flatbread
– 1 cup diced pineapple
– 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
– 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
– 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
– Olive oil
– Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Brush the flatbread with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
3. Evenly distribute the diced pineapple, red onion slices, and mozzarella cheese over the flatbread.
