Plum Almond Crumble
Indulge in the perfect blend of sweet plums and crunchy almonds in this comforting crumble that will warm your heart and satisfy your dessert cravings!

Ingredients:
– 4 cups fresh plums, pitted and sliced
– 1/2 cup granulated sugar
– 1 tbsp lemon juice
– 1/2 tsp almond extract
– 1 cup all-purpose flour
– 1/2 cup rolled oats
– 1/2 cup brown sugar
– 1/2 cup sliced almonds
– 1/2 tsp cinnamon
– 1/4 tsp salt
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
2. In a bowl, combine plums, granulated sugar, lemon juice, and almond extract. Transfer to the prepared baking dish.
3. In another bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, almonds, cinnamon, and salt. Add butter and mix until crumbly.
4. Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the plum mixture.
5. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the plums are bubbly.
6. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream.
