Pomegranate Molasses Baked Beans

Ingredients:
16 oz canned white beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup pomegranate molasses
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
2. In a bowl, mix together the white beans, pomegranate molasses, ketchup, brown sugar, onion, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
3. Pour the bean mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
4. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
5. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the beans are bubbly and slightly caramelized on top.
6. Let it cool slightly before serving.
