Start your day with a burst of flavor! These savory paleo-friendly egg cups are packed with crispy bacon, creamy avocado, and perfectly cooked eggs for a wholesome breakfast.

Ingredients:
– 6 slices nitrate-free bacon
– 2 avocados, ripe
– 6 eggs
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
2. Line each muffin cup with a slice of bacon, creating a cup shape.
3. Scoop out some flesh from each avocado half to create a well for the egg.
4. Place an avocado half in each bacon cup.
5. Crack an egg into each avocado half.
6. Season with salt and pepper.
7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the egg is cooked to your liking.
