Roasted Garlic and Spring Vegetable Flatbread
Celebrate the flavors of spring with this vibrant and savory flatbread topped with roasted garlic and an array of fresh seasonal vegetables.

Ingredients:
– 1 pre-made flatbread crust
– 1/4 cup roasted garlic cloves
– 1/2 cup asparagus, thinly sliced
– 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
– 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
– 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Brush the flatbread crust with olive oil and evenly spread the roasted garlic cloves over the top.
3. Arrange the sliced asparagus, cherry tomatoes, and red onion on the flatbread.
4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the vegetables and season with salt and pepper.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
6. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot.
