Roselle (Hibiscus) Iced Tea
Cool down with a refreshing twist on iced tea using vibrant Roselle (Hibiscus) flowers, a beloved ingredient in Asian cuisine known for its tangy and floral notes.

Ingredients:
– 1 cup dried Roselle (Hibiscus) flowers
– 6 cups water
– 1/2 cup honey
– 1 lemon, sliced
– Ice cubes
– Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Directions:
1. In a pot, bring water to a boil and add dried Roselle flowers. Remove from heat and let steep for 20-30 minutes.
2. Strain the Roselle infusion into a pitcher, pressing gently on the flowers to extract all the flavor.
3. Stir in honey until dissolved, then add lemon slices.
4. Chill the Roselle tea in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
