Rosemary-Garlic Rotisserie Chicken

Ingredients:
– 1 whole chicken (about 4 lbs)
– 4 tbsp olive oil
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
– 1 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp black pepper
– 1 lemon, sliced
Directions:
1. Preheat the rotisserie according to manufacturer’s instructions.
2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
3. Pat the chicken dry with paper towels and rub the marinade all over, including under the skin.
4. Place lemon slices inside the cavity of the chicken.
5. Secure the chicken onto the rotisserie spit according to the rotisserie instructions.
6. Cook the chicken in the rotisserie for about 90 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
7. Let the chicken rest for 10 minutes before carving and serving.
